**Products & pricing.** We do our best to display products, colors, and prices accurately, but we don't guarantee that all details are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, and cancel orders affected by obvious pricing or listing mistakes.

**Orders.** Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or product-availability issues. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.

**Product use.** Our products are sold for their intended, everyday use. Toys and novelty items may contain small parts — follow any age guidance shown on the product page and keep small parts away from children under 3.

**Intellectual property.** All content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission.

**Limitation of liability.** To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spark Finds and SunSpark, LLC are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
