Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

**Returns.** We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, email us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send instructions.

**Refunds.** Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

**Damaged, defective, or wrong items.** If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

**Non-returnable items.** For hygiene reasons, some personal-care items cannot be returned once opened. This will be noted on the product page where it applies.

**Late or missing refunds.** If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at hello@shopsparkfinds.net.
