Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at  hello@shopsparkfinds.net with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send instructions.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is free.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Late or missing refunds If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at hello@shopsparkfinds.net.
