Information we collect

When you contact us by text message, through Thumbtack, or through our booking page, we collect:

Your name, mobile phone number, and service address
Details about the service you request (for example, number of rooms, type of cleaning, preferred dates)
The content of text messages you exchange with us
Payment card information, which is collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To prepare your quote and confirm your booking
To send you appointment confirmations, provider assignments, and updates by text message
To share your name, service address, and job details with the service professional assigned to your job
To charge your card on file after your service is completed
To respond to questions and resolve issues

Text messaging (SMS)

When you text our business number or request a quote, you agree to receive conversational text messages from SunSpark Home Services about your quote, booking, and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile information collected for SMS consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We share your information only with the people and services needed to deliver your booking: the independent service professional assigned to your job, our payment processor (Stripe), and our messaging provider (Twilio), which delivers our text messages. We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide service, handle payments, and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us below.
